„The register of book lending from Vilnius University Library” 1805–1816. Poetry reading and what the poet’s read – a consideration of a new bibliological facts noted in the register

The article considers the potential development of historical and literary knowledge with book studies sources and bibliological interpretation of the facts. To illustrate the problem, the author analyses notes in "The register of book lending from the Vilnius University Library". The set concerning lending of Polish poetry was selected, as well as the other, concerning reading interest of young Adam Mickiewicz and his mentor Leon Borowski. "The register" as a source can either present reading interests or mutual influence of Borowski and Mickiewicz.
